Hello, I have been having a very intense burning sensation for the past 4-5 days, and in the night it gets very intense that I can't sleep. I have vaginal discharge of white colour similar to cottage cheese. Pelvic pain is present as well as lower back pain, and that made me think I probably have urine infection, as I also had some intermittent fever (maximum 99.7). So I took a urine test which clarified that I have 1-2 pus in my urine, but every else is in the range. I'm also still waiting to get the results from my urine culture test. What should I do doctor?
