Firstly sir ,would like to know, how long have you been diagnosed with lung cancer, and are you on any supportive chemo/ radiotherapy or any domiciliary oxygen support. Depending jpon the grading, of how breathless you are with bouts of exacerbations you have, few medicines can be titrated. If not suffering from any other co- morbities ,can start with doxobid 200 mg twice a day, montair fx once at night, and nebulization with ipravent & budecort [if you feel more breathless]. Alternatively use seroflo inhaler 250 mcg twice a day and sos.
