I am 51 years my prostate is 40gm, my gall bladdershows few calculi largest measuring 8 mm, significant post void urine seen vol -70 cc. Is there supplement to reduce size of prostate as it blocks urine. Constipation also. I do not want to go for operation if cure by supplement.
