I am a 22 year old female with a complaint about a lump in my left breast which was later verified through an ultrasound. Later, I went through a fnac test of which reports suggest" smears show cohesive groups, monolayered sheets of ductal epithelial cells, with admixed dark staining myoepithelial cells and some scattered bare nuclei in the background. There is no evidence of cytological atypia/ granulomatous inflammation or malignancy. # findings are suggestive of benign proliferative breast disease- favouring fibroadenoma. I have a constant complaint of stringing pain in my both breasts, especially left one. Can you explain me the report.
