Im facing bad breath issue. Whenever I tk meals within 1 hour plague started forming giving bad breath. Usually after meals I use to gargle and swish with plain water. Using listerine is part of my oral hygiene but still i'm facing this issue. Can I use listerine after meals to avoid this bad breath problem. Is it advisable to use listerine for daily use. Can I prefer for listerine mild taste. Is this therapeutic mouthwash. Instead of using listerine mild taste, may I suggested to prefer something else. Please guide me in this regard. Thanking in advance. Note: I have no caries issue and gum issues.
