Yes it is a common problem. Less food so the digestive system slows down and results in constipation. Drink more water, fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grain bread etc. To the diet. Drink warm fluids and try moderate exercises as well. You can try magnesium citrate or miralax if all else fails and you are constipated for more than 2-3 days.
