I am 36 years old. I don't eat too much food, I walk for 1 hr everyday, I do yoga and pranayama, I take normal intake of salt but still I am noticing for last 3 months everyday in morning from within 3-4 hrs I am gaining 500-600 gm weight everyday. I am unable to control my weight. This is a big problem. Please help in this regard.
