My wisdom tooth is paining and has sore throat, chills and I don't know where there is infection. The tooth become damaged with a hole of one side which is big and deep down the whole wisdom tooth. I can't use saline water it hurts so badly. The hole in the tooth is draining and infected. What to do about. Please suggest some medicines. I am 46 years old female with previous records of nephrotic syndrome.
