If it really a wring worm only may take the following - 10 Fluconazole 200 mg daily with or after dinner for 7 days at the same time use Terbinafine 1% Cream locally for 3 weeks. You can take Terbinafine tab 250 mg daily with one glass of water better after dinner for 10 days and apply the same cream 1% for 3 - 4 weeks. Personal Hygiene is a very important. Change your cloth daily, wash & sundry and iron before wearing again. Before starting the treatment be sure you do not have any Liver or Kidney problem.
