I suffer from sleeplessness. I had cervical myelopathy. I underwent surgery twice, without much improvement. Because of constant pain in my leg, I am unable to sleep. Therefore once or twice a week, I take restyl 0.5 mg. Is it okay, or is it harmful.

Your physical problem of cervicomyelopathy and related pain is to be attended to extent possible. By follow up with your old orhothopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon. If unable to get it rectified. Pain relief experts may guide you. Restyl is anxiety tablet it is not suitable for either sleep probelm or pain. Then consult an experienced psychiatrist. Also yoga, meditation, mind relaxing techniques.
