Whani take long breathe it pains in my chest. Pain while taking long breathe. Pains in chest and little back side also. Its paining from last 15 days. No cough no fever no runny nose. Just pain while long or deep breathe. When I take paracetamol it stops pain. Again it pains. My doctor said its nothing no need of x ray. Gave signoflam. So what should I do now. What is it. When will I recover .i use to vomit purposely last month to remove acidity from my stomach so from that time I think it started paining. Please tell me what should I do now. Shall I take paracetamol everyday. What exactly is paining.

This looks more like a musculoskeletal pain meaning, originating from the chest wall and not from heart. Yes, you can take paracetamol whenever it hurts, but not to take more than 3 a day. I.
