Both feet are swelling while sitting both legs are treated as filaria at the time of my childhood both legs are paining from knees and where black spots are there at legs itch and burn some time having sugar high blood pressure and chronic lacunar infarcts in right brain using clopitab 150 plain platelet count always below range. Sugar blood pressure cholesterol and geonerv forte also using please advise for my swelling treatment.

As of now try to do leg raising exercises for few minutes daily. Also try to sleep by leg raised. U may put two pillows below legs. If you can get punarnava mandoor, arogyavardhini vati and kanchnar guggul, take all tab 2 each twice a day and drink lits of water. At nighy drink erand tel 20 ml by mixing in little warm milk or water. Do it for two weeks initially. Next step after hearing from you. After lockdown we hope to do complete treatment.
