I'm 20 year old female since march 30th im having small bumps at the back of my tongue first few days it was painful but now I do not feel any pain. Can you tell me what causes these bumps on my tongue and what should I do to cure this? And sometimes there is a shortness of breath. Is this because of these bumps only.

It can be the normal aphthous ulcer you can apply hexigel 2 times daily for 1 week and take lot if fluid intake like tender coconut , curds avoid hit and spicy food if the pain persist then we check with medicine
