Lyser d thrice daily after meals for 5 days. * brush twice daily. * use a mouthwash for oral rinses, 30 min after every meal. Hello lybrate-user it may be sensitivity not the pain rx -sensequel toothpaste use this paste when ever you feel pain apply it where ever you feel pain brush/ massage with fingers. Leave it for 10 mins and wash it off you will definitely feel relief.
