Will a gluten-free diet really help me lose weight? How can I get more protein in my diet? IS fruit really “all sugar”? How can I deal with stress eating?

1 Doctor Answered
Since gluten is a protein, I do not recommend to avoid it. The nuts, beans, soy, pulses and seeds are full of proteins. Dairy products like yogurt, cheese, milk and paneer are rich source of first class proteins. Fruit are sugar with fibre so are good. Kindly mention your weight and height and revert.
