I take paroxetine 62.5 for dysphoria. although mood is still not stabilized hence doctor wants to add one more antidepressant. We tried a lot of antidepressant and found I respond ed only to ssri class. Thus could you suggest me an ssri to be taken with paroxetine for depression? We already tried: 1.vilazodone 2. Brintellix 3. Sertraline 4. Mirtazapine I will surely discuss that with my doctor first. Please suggest an ssri. Thanks.

Dear sir I am not sure whether you were prescribed this medication only for dysphoria. There may be a possible diagnosis for your symptom. Based on diagnosis and symptom profile usually medication is prescribed. I am not sure based on single symptoms what best medication will be suitable for you. Get well soon.

You should stop antidepressant, you should go for walk (morning and evening), relaxation, meditation, interaction and communication with your friends, engaged with your hobbies.

Praxotine is a ssri, it will not make sense to add another ssri. Have you tried snri such as venlafaxine. Switching to snri is potential option. Depending on other symptoms such as level of anxiety, adding bupropion is a good option (unless you have anxiety). Trial of small dose of tricyclic or mood stabilizer are also options.
