I am 23 year old, male. I am suffering from excessive dreaming while sleeping and excessive thoughts and its not easy to wake up even after 8 - 10 hours of sleeping, I feel headache and like hangover on wakeup. I am unable to take sound sleep. I feel tired whole day. Please suggest me something what should I do? Thanks.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.
