After having h-pylori for about 3 years without a diagnosis, I visited a gi doctor who performed endoscopy and diagnosed me with h-pylori & severe gastritis, duodenitis, and inflammation in intestines. Now i?m on omeprazole after taking two separate treatment courses for the h-pylori. However, now I have abdominal noises that are nonstop (especially when stomach is empty and right after eating), burning sensation in upper gi, and constipation. What could be the causes of these symptoms? And what are the treatments? Thank you.

Dear lybrate-user please share what treatment you have taken for h pylori. I hope you have completed the course both the times. You still seem to be having gastric issues and I urge you to seriously consider lifestyle modifications so that you can reduce the medications you are taking.
