I am 4 months pregnant. I suffer from severe bach pain, pain in thighs legs buttocks, and heels. Why it is so? How can I get relief?

Hello, Try to maintain your posture while sitting, placing a pillow at the lower back , under the knee while sitting on bed. You can start ball exercises for back with a gym ball supported on back and on wall.slowly move up and down. You can also perform.kegel exercises rythmically. Active free exercises for legs can be done.
