I am having vaginal pain after my partner done rough intercourse. I took a diclofenac tablet. If pain persists can I take paracetamol to ease pain. And do visiting a gyno is necessary.

You must see a gynecologist. Persisting pain after rough intercourse may be due to vaginal lacerations. You should not take analgesics without proper vaginal examination. If vaginal injury is excluded, vaginal gel can be used for lubrication. Dry vagina cud be treated with oestrogen cream.
