Dear Doctor, I am trying to loss weight, I wish to take wheat chapati on my diet. But some people are saying that it contains carbohydrates and it will put on weight. Is it true? Can I have wheat chapati to reduce my weight?
There is nothing wrong with taking chapatti.
Also know that body needs carbohydrates for energy. When you restrict so much with food, you are just lowering your metabolism and causing deficiency and further fat accumulation.
So have the wheat chapattis in the amounts needed by the body.
