I am diabetic 4 years and bp 10 years having cetapin v0. 3 twice daily and olmezest 40 mg aspirin 75 mg +rosuvastatin 10 mg once daily for cholesterol I felt chest pain left side continuously for 10 day and increasing I went to cardiologist he done echo tmt ecg all testis normal and hba1c is 6.6 then he said stop smoking and tobacco I want to know when all test are normal then why my chest is paining burning sensation irritation there is any blockage or other vascular disease.
