I am working as professor in engineering. From past 5 months. I have problem of anxiety and panic attack. I used to always feel dizzy. I feel that I am sick always. Doctor suggested all the test and all the test is normal. I have severe leg cramps always feeling tired and week. So I have tested for vitamin d and vitamin b12 but vitamin d is very low of 13.77. And I have shown to doctor he as suggested me to take cobadex czs and increase d3 from past 1 week. But I am still there is not changes in my body. Is that vitamin d deficiency making me tired and leg cramps and is that due to this I am feeling anxiety. Kindly help me in this regard.
