Lybrate-user first you need to figure out what is creating a hindrance for you, that you are not able to reduce weight. Maintain a diary of your weight. Check your weight every morning, empty stomach. And calculate it accordingly. If you are not able to reduce with the help of exercise, try to maintain some diet balancing as well. After your exercise don't take much of carbs like parathas, chesse sandwiches, fried things etc. Take more of beverages, like coconut water, fresh lime water, vegetable juice etc. Take minimum 10 glasses of water everyday. Start taking frequent meals at the interval of 2 hours. Likewise after your breakfast make a schedule of mid meal like any fruit or so. Than lunch as per your last meal and so on. Basic idea is to take frequent meals at every 2 hours of interval. Exercise you can choose that should help you to boost up your metabolism rate, as you are too young, so boosting your metabolism will help you to reduce weight. Like you can start with brisk walk, aerobics, jog etc.
