We trying to conceive from last 4 years, my husband not able to ejaculate sperm in normal position. He is addicted to prone masturbation in that position that to by rubbing his pennis to floor he can ejaculate one or two drops of sperm. He is doing prone masturbation at least twice in a day. For sperm test he has given sample by using prone masturbation I am there in that room he did at least 8 times to collect sperm but every only less one or less than one drop he ejaculating. His ejaculation volume less than 1 millilitre after trying 8 times prone masturbation with in 20 min. His sperm count is 40 million per 1 milliliter, motility am 40 present sm 40 present nm 20 present.
