I gain weight 2 kgs in 2 months. When I gain weight I gain fat in my belly, boobs, arm pit, waist.so I just want to loose my weight and reduce fat which I gain. I don't want to get fat. So what simple diet can I follow? Please help me, and give or suggest me a diet chart.

hello, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise. take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink warm water throughout OF the day. avoid junk food and processed foods. you can consult me privately online on lybrate.
