Edit sir I am suffering from anxiety I have met several psychiatrist doctor and under treatment from 1 august 2019 but they prescribe dothip 37.5 mg and meloset 1.5 mg but not help heaviness in the eye burning continue then I consult to other doctor he told that you have obsessive compulsive disorder and gave me tablet terbest 50 mg and clozep from 8 days is it will work please help.

Dear Saurav, Please understand that psychiatric tablets will take time to start its action. The problem with you, is meeting several doctors. Dothip 37.5 mg will work after 2-3 weeks. If it does not work for you, it will be increased to 75 mg. Few persons need even 300 mg/day. There are other types of tablets that may work for you. Please remember everything needs waiting. Same doctor will increase dose or change tablets. If you go to different doctor, she/he may start again at low dose. Terbest seems to be a tablet for fungal infection and not for OCD. Clozep is only a temporary tablet for first few weeks and it will work for OCD along with Fluvoxamine or clomipramine or an SSRI
