You can take low calorie, high protein and high fibre diet. Low calorie diet like wheat flour, brown bread, Soya beans oil, olive oil, mustard oil, town rice, vegetable Dalia, sago khichadi, oats, green leafy vegetables. High protein diet like all pulses, egg white, milk products like curd, fruits custard, raita, paneer, flaxseeds, chia seeds. High fibre diet like fruits, carrot, beet root mix juice, fruits juice, salads, sprouts. You can get your body analysis done for better results.
