I have a question regarding my skin, every time when I scratch my body or in some cases when I put pressure on my body .it leaves marks and it looks very deadly .dark red, thick marks everywhere near that area. Mostly it happens with a urge of itching and as soon as I start itching it leaves marks. I feel little warm where ever those marks appear and I get it because of fiction I suppose .but the thing is these marks appear and disappear very rapidly like in 5 minutes I get those marks and same time for disappearing. My question is why these deadly looking marks/rashes appear because it doesn't look normal and secondly why it itches so much .in summer I thought it's happening because of sweat but it's still happening in winter. It isn't painful but I don't want anyone to get scared to even touch me (yeah it happened when on of my friend holds my hand very tightly and she said she is afraid to touch me)

It can be because of eczema or dermatitis or dry skin etc. I need details n preferably pics of affected area. In the meanwhile do this •moisturize frequently. •avoid sudden changes in temperature or humidity. •avoid sweating or overheating. •reduce stress. •avoid scratchy materials, such as wool. •avoid harsh soaps, detergents, and solvents. •be aware of any foods that may cause an outbreak and avoid those foods. For this homeopathic treatment is very effective for more details you can consult me.
