My mom have sleep problems from past 5-6 years she cannot sleep properly. When she try to sleep in day time she just lie on bed for 2 to 3 hours but didn't fall asleep. In night when we all sleep at 11 pm she generally get sleep by 2: 30 to 3: 00 in night. Because of this she always feel mentally tired. When she sit alone without any work she feel sleepy but when she try to sleep she don't get it. Please help her with this problem. When we consulted local physicians they say you need to go th specialist.

Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly your sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience.
