I?m trying g to figure out if I had a heart attack and it?s been missed this whole time since july. The narrative noted poor r wave progression, prolonged qt and sinus tachycardia. Hr was 106. Pr interval 136 qrsd interval 78 qt interval 364 qtc interval 483 p axis 45 qrs axis 88 t wave axis 28.
