Hello, so I can see small red spots in my stool since a month once in 2-3 months some blood comes pouring along with stool however there is no pain sensation which is caused by the same is it happening because I have a habit of eating spicy food? Or is it something serious and fatal no doc I am not constipated that's what makes me wonder why this is happening, a friend of mine had the same issue, but there was proper blood pouring out in his stool, it turned out to be stomach cancer, I am a little worried regarding that. If it was piles, there should have been some pain right? There's literally no pain at all do you think I should get a full body checkup to diagnose cancer possibilities.
