Sir I hav a question for my frd she is 27 years old nd married since 4 years happily, bt last two days she is feeling vaginal drynessduring sex, wht to do sir is it will b long time problem or temporary or becoz of winter becoz on 4 years of mrd life she does not feel like this. please help dr.

Cause of Vaginal dryness is decreased levels of estrogen hormone, Estrogen level may decrease due to several factors like,age,childbirth,breastfeeding,chemotherapy and radiation,use of antihistamines for cold and antidepressent. But in your case you are feeling it since last two days, It can be temporary due to decreased vaginal secretions, Very less time for Foreplay during intercourse,So initialy you should use Water based Lubricant "ASTROGLIDE"and adequate foreplay before intercourse.If it does not help then you should use Vaginal cream "PREMARIN" or Vaginal Tablet VAGIFEM" Once a day for 14 days then twice a week. Take Soyabeen,nuts in your diet.
