No it will not happen do not worry just take good care for your oral hygiene try that no food lodges in the socket of extracted tooth site if it has been more than 3 days you can start rinses with luke warm water and saline in it or add salt in it, this way you get better healing and no post operative complications and do visit your Dr. for stiches removal if any or folow up visit after a week or so and forget about the fear for eye relax body has power to heal if your mind has so keep it clean and think healthy.
