I am suffering from fissure and grade 2 piles. Doctor gave cremagel and sitcomforte tab for 10 days. But there is no change after using tablets. Again I visited doctor. She gave anobliss cream, venusmin 300 and zerodol p tablets for 10 days and said after using this if there is no change go for surgery. So what should I do now? Surgery is only solution or should I go with homeopathy.

Hi Sir, If it's chronic and no relief by medication than you need surgery, normally 70-80% cure with medicine and change in dietary habits.
