I am a 54 years old male suffering from stress induced ibs d (tested by a gastro 5 years back) last 20 years. I was given codeine sulphate tablets (during long travels) which has been stopped/banned in india now. What are the alternate medicines. I am clue less and not able to get any help. Would appreciate your feedback. Regards.
