I am non alcoholic and my fibroscan report showed 15.72 kpa as liver stiffness done by shear wave elastography (arfi. I don?t know how accurate is to compare with fibroscan (r).anyways when showed the report to gastroenterologist he said nothing much but proscribed bilypsa 4 mg due to high tg level of around 350 and hb1ac of 7.need suggestion from experts on how to move forward.

1. You are having non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Increased liver stiffness on fibroscan suggests progression towards a chronic liver disease state which can eventually cause cirrhosis of liver. 2. Have all these tests been done - cbc, lft, inr, seum proteins total and albumin, viral markers, serum ggt. 3. Also msg me your weight, height and bmi. Based on these investigations I can help you with the treatment.
