My age is 35 married at the age of 32 not yet conceived after marriage. On june 2019 one episode of sudden onset of abdominal pain and consulted gynaecologist did ct scan found left simple ovarian cyst size of 10 cm and ovary is not visualised with ca 125 is 73. Doctor told us that it is torsion so surgical removal is necessary and we consulted other gynaecologist told us to wait for 6 months and after 4 months repeat ct scan done and found size reduced from 10 to 7.4. Simultaneously right endometriosis ovarian cyst size of 2 cm found with utero ovarian adhesions. The present condition is I am posted for laparoscopic surgery. My questions 1) it is cancerous or not 2) ca 125 73 any significance 3) whether I can conceive after my surgery 4) whether my left ovary will retain after surgical removal 5) I can conceive with one ovary 6) any problems with right ovary cyst 2 cm 7) whether I should undergo surgery for left ovary cyst?
