I am suffering from dry cough for the past several months. It's severe. Starts with tickling in the throat and I have to cough forcefully for relief. It ends with a sneeze. Earlier consults some years back diagnosed this due to reflux and no throat infection. pantoprazole for 2 weeks twice a day had cleared the problem. This time this hasn't worked. Chest xray and blood work are normal. Who should I consult ent or gastro.
