Hello Doctor, Near neck lymph is swelled and I have taken anti biotic medicine but not reducing and again taken fnac test and doctor given another medicine. Doctor said if it?s not reduced it may have to remove is it correct? Below is the details: swelling in the left side of neck since 1 month physical examination firm to hard cervical lymph node with tenderness, level ii, left side, about 3 cm x 3 cm fnac - granulomatous lymphadenitis with abscess formation (+) rx treatment plan/notes medications: cap. Nexpro rd 40 mg one cap (30 mins before food) once daily morning for 5 days (1-0-0) tab. Ceftum 500 one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1) tab. Signoflam one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1) tab. Ciplox 500 mg one tab two times daily for 5 days (1-0-1)
