One fine morning all of a sudden my urine stopped and I was experiencing lower abdominal pain. I consulted with a nearby doctor's chamber who helped me urinate out using a catheter and on usg we came to know that I was having prostatomegaly and mucosal trabelucation. Medications were given (urimax 0.4, pause500, moxam (as blood was coming out sometimes, ceftum)but suddenly from yesterday I am having fever. Today morning i'm again having reduced urination even with catheterization with lower abdominal pain. Can anyone help me out with what to do? My usg reports showed that I have an enlarged prostate with 6*4*5.7 cm and 74.8 grams psa was around 3.8 can I get some effective suggestions?
