I am akshika 22/f .i've already been diagnosed with u/l profound snhl. From past few year I am having episodes of vertigo lasting for hours together. I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and also found out vitamin d3 levels to be low. I was put on mgd3. Symptoms did improve but did not completely resolve. Recently I also had too much anxiety of having an episode of vertigo. I took alprax for 5 days my vitamin d3 levels keeps on falling without medication .i want to know if any other alternative is present to my problem.
