I had fever 100.1 degree (f) for 1 day which subsided after taking paracetamol and after 4 days I got a low fever 99.1 f in afternoon which subsided after 2 hrs, I live in dehradun a dengue endemic city I was taking giloy from 5 days now I am feeling some fatigue and I have a mouth ulcer which bleeds when I put pressure on tongue. I also had headache for 2-3 days. What it can be? Is it dengue hemorrhagic fever coz of bleeding mouth ulcer (when pressure is applied) please tell if its normal or not.
