See the brighter side of your life. Follow a proper routine. Sleep and wake at a particular time. Maintain a sleep hygiene, eat balance diet. But most important involved yourself. Don't be over thinker. Just go with time. Be on present time enjoy it. Don't think much about your future. Which is uncertain. Do yoga/meditation/exercises. Spent time with your hobbies, friends.
