I am not an introvert but I can't just get along with an unknown person quickly. I need some time like at least 2 hours. And even with my family members. Like when someone other than my near family visits I need some time to get friendly and it might be more than 2 hrs but not less, even if I was completely fine and friendly with him/her the last time we met even if we met like just a week ago. I have been prescribed duvanta 20 mg for anxiety nd depression issues I have physical side effects lyk vomiting constipation headache increased urination and hard stool wid stomach cramps nausea feeling I am also feeling irritated nd retialiting back when someone talks ill abut me I am getting aggressive. I am frustrated wid my lyf. I am having low mood lack of energy nd loss of interest in pleasurable activities please tell me how much time will it take to subside the side effects will it t go wid time or should I stop taking duvanta 20 mg if I do so will it have adverse withdrawal symptoms which medicine should I take for low mood irritated feeling nd aggression. Please I request you to provide me a direction for taking right medication for anxiety nd depression. I am having low self esteem. I feel lyk I am good for nothing I am lacking confidence. Escapist attitude is there.

Dear Dr. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since 1996. First I went to neurologist in gangaram hospital in delhi. He prescribed zolax sr 1.5 mg which worked wonderfully since 2003 after that it was not working for me another Dr. prescribed rivotril 2 mg. Till date I am taking this along with inderal 40 mg and venlift od 150 mg for depression. During asking questions on different health platform each Dr. told have been suffering from depression. Now the power of venlift reducing kindly prescribe anti depression medicine which is not addictive and sedative as I have to go for review and cbt here doctors not allowing face to face. During these 22 years doctors tried all anti depressant but in vain.
