I am suffering from depression and anxiety problem since june. I was under medication ambulax .25 mg once .zapiz .25 mg at night and mirtazapine 30 mg at night. Now I had withdrawn zapiz for one month and withdrawing ambulax gradually. Like firstly I started to take it half and now half after one day. I don't feel anxious. I am feeling better now like no sadness not feeling anxious. And also interested in doing household works n in office too. But feelings of my bad time I suffered from make me very sad sometimes. And I am afraid of its relapse. How to get rid of this.
