I was suffering from a disorder since childhood in which I don't use to like food, the regular meals were not pleasant, I don't like it but I liked a few items and some fruits. I used to be underweight and often fall sick, but height growth was normal, after long-suffering and seeing many doctors, I met a psychiatrist who gave me olanzapine that medicine is elixir to me, I liked food now and gained some weight, now the problem is that I have 2.5-year-old son who doesn't eat like the other kids, he doesn't like everything not even sweets and fruits, I feel like my problem has been inherited to my son, does my son need a medication like olanzapine or anything, should I consult to a psychiatrist, please suggest.

No, just stop thinking too much. Kids are like that only. Just make food more attractive in colors shape etc. Do not worry he is only 2.5 years old. Set an example in front of him by eating everything n encourage him to eat whatever you eat. Become his role model.
