My sister have mitochondrial disease which causes her muscles to be weak, right now she?s having runny nose but it won?t come out from her nostrils, it will go back all the way to her chest cause of the muscles weakness. She have to force herself to cough it all out and it causes her discomfort. What can I do to help her?
