Hi, I am having severe cramps in my lower back, and due to that, I can't walk properly. It stays for a week again the same cramp is transferred from the left leg to the right leg. This all takes 15 days to clear. Again after 15 days, the same problem persists. This is almost from 2 years I had medicines pain killers but no impact.
