Regular and balanced meals are important in treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms. Avoid spicy food and green chilies. Drink at least 3 litres of water per day. Your symptoms are suggestive of acute gastritis. Exercise regularly. Homoeopathic medicines would be safe and effective in your case.
